The real estate bubble is happening not only in Virginia but in other places in the world. The important thing is how they manage it. In Argentina for instance, rent has become the favourite choice for those who don´t want to buy at the high prices. apartments in Buenos Aires are worth as much as flats are worth in New York, Paris, London and the great cities. Rental there is much more cheaper though, compared to these cities. Each country is finding the way out to the bubble!
