sells in 2005 for 211K, sells now for 80K.
Which is a great deal on a 1 BR

Those condo fees seem crazy high for a low-end 1 bedroom unless they include everything (water, electric, gas, cable, internet...)
wow 401/Month.
Yeah that's kind of brutal, i wonder what that is.
Gas/Power/Water shouldn't be half that.
even basic cable and internet is

I wonder if the building, is in bad shape

I would have thought that the condo fee would have been ~200/month without any utilities, so if you add the utilities 400 isn't that bad, although its still not great. It does seem odd to buy a house where the condo fee costs as much as the mortgage.
my take is there is a special assessment
