When I see houses like this,
like squeezing my hips into a size 0 skirt (sorry for the visual)
I know that I REALLY don't understand what all those new rules to prevent an excessive house to lot ratio actually require. there are several big new houses near there, also on small lots. The houses look nice and well designed, but seem to overwhelm the small plot and neighboring houses.

245K 4 BR 2 BA, long but acceptable walk to metro.
someone got it for 325K put 60 K in lost it.
its 50% off, hard to lose there.

Although price is up price/sq.ft. is flat so its likely a mix issue. I have also seen some strange data on alta research before, so I question how good it is.
