All that money spent to build that monster, and yet not a single dollar spent on landscaping.
Also, it appears to border on Route 15 north in Haymarket, which will be widened to 4 lanes.
Sigh.
Oh, no. It STILL has "White House flare."
Oddly enough, the house is still selling above the assessed taxes.
List Price: $3,750,000
08 Tax A : $2,298,700
The house is impressive, but is it worth such a cost? My Father always said you can only live in one room at a time.
I see that it is well off of Route 15, but not so far away that it will not hear 4 lanes of traffic.
Having been on Route 15 during commuter hours, it should be quite a noise.
I also think it an interesting feature that you can request more photo's. I wonder if the agent will try and contact you regarding the sale. I shall hold off asking for more photos so the agent will not "spam" me.
Tabitha,
Is that a secret code? For burn me down?
Peter Death etc.,
I think I'd offer 2 million at most.
For that much money one might think that the seller would hire a real estate agent who could take decent photographs and who could spell the word presidential.
