More delusions, as in "my house didn't sell at a lower price, so I thought it would be smart to bring it back to the market at a higher price just before the holidays."
Does it have a new $50,000 kitchen or something?

FranklyMLS even shows it listed for $1.35 mil for 215 days. Do you remember it at that price?

This townhouse, which I featured before as a possible 'buy' based on condition has been lowered even further.
$15K lopped off a $120K ask is a solid hair cut.
I have another property I'm looking at too, but it's not showing up in the MLS, despite signs. And I have no desire to sign on to a Realtor's spam lists.
