This townhouse, which I featured before as a possible 'buy' based on condition has been lowered even further.$15K lopped off a $120K ask is a solid hair cut.I have another property I'm looking at too, but it's not showing up in the MLS, despite signs. And I have no desire to sign on to a Realtor's spam lists.
