Commenting on Alexandria, these are not reductions as we've seen for PWC and places out there.

However, if you know the neighborhoods, individual houses and the history, certain classes of houses in some neighborhoods are being listed at 5% to 10% below the 2005 peak.

The two classes are TH in the $400K-$500K range and 1/1, 0/1 garden apartments and condo's in the $200K range.

$600K-$800K SFH are level to slightly higher.

Above that, there are so few sales that it's hard to make a estimate. Prices might be up 10%, maybe 20% from 2005.
