Here's a recently-listed foreclosure in Woodbridge. The bank repossessed it for $245,000 (the tax records show a refi in Y2K). Obviously the biggest loss in value (i.e. what it would sell for) occurred in the last 12 months.

$155,000 sounds like a bargain -- assuming it isn't termite infested and in need of major upgrade. The yard looks large and house, overall, appears attractive.
But Woodbridge is boring, let's face it.
Its also smack in the middle of MS-13 gangland. Put that house in North Arlington and it would sell for 400k in a week.
