Tabitha - if the bits bucket is intended to be the saga of your housing situation, let me be the first to welcome you.
I think I speak for many of the contributors to this blog who not only do not mind hearing about your trials & tribulations, we welcome the opportunity to help out. Good luck!
Just thinking here a bit, is there a way to create like sections, so Tabitha could have a section to chronicle what is going on in her search with trials and tribulations? And others could do likewise?

It's a good idea, but Blogger hasn't invented it yet. I could provide an external link to a forum, but I think that might bog everybody down.
Maybe Tabitha can write her own blog and it be "The Chronicles of a Bank Owned Home Buyer"
Or something sexier
