The "Same-House Sales" will now be published as separate google documents clickable within the "On the Market" posts. For example:

Loudoun County 2/6/2008
Arlington County 1/21/2008
These were getting too lengthy for the sidebar, and the lists will be better archived this way. The lists from the last several months will be clickable from their original posts in the coming days.

Harriet, check this one out. It is a 2 bedroom near two metro stations:
7/20/2005 sold $395,000
12/20/2007 sold $353,600
So it lost 10.5%

Am I the only one who thinks it strange that a REALTOR is constantly pointing out the negatives of REALTORs? Is this reverse pyschology (i.e., "if I act like I am 'exposing' typically unhonest realtors, then everyone will THINK I am honest?), or is this "self hatred" ... or simply just weird?
Why have you removed the same sale listings for all of Arlington?
Instead, you seem to simply pick the worst to try to paint a picture of your choosing. When you used to show all of the Arlington sales there were just as many, if not more same sales in the same time frame selling for substantially more.
