What I find amazing is how people keep putting their homes on the market.
Another guy in my neighborhood put his place up. I guess he is really keen on soliciting low ball offers because thats all he will get.
I noticed there is no furniture in the place, so I think its a speculator. Hopefully he will foreclose as punishment for his stupidity.
People change jobs, move, retire, get married, have kids etc.
Besides, prices are falling and aren't about to stop. Selling today is going to be better than selling in a year.
