This is a 2BR condo. I'm pretty sure its Memorial Overlook. There are a lot of units for sale in that bldg. It is about 100 ft from the Iwo Jima memorial.

I live in the area and I am sure the listing price is the result of their taking some of their "equity" out of the place and now trying to sell it for a "slight" profit. My guess...within 30 days the price drops...especially since it has no view and for the same price you could have an entire townhouse with a rooftop deck and a full view of downtown.
