Would you please compile top discounts for Arlington? Or give a pointer to how you compile your data? Thanks.
Yes, I've been nagging myself about looking up some Arlington numbers. I expect I'll find slight gains there, but one never knows. The Arlington Dept. of Real Estate Assessments is here. The greatest discounts for the exurbs are from sales from the 2005-2006 years, especially on new construction. Properties purchased in 2004 are teetering at this point. ZipRealty allows one to search by construction date.I also find that if I check foreclosures, I'll find others in the neighborhood that are short sales. Sometimes this was obviously done deliberately by fraud.
Wow, what a two worthless human beings... give realtors more money and they'll generate more traffic?! Heck, they are all desparate to make some money right now!
