Hi Harriet-
Great info, thanks - question: the first house (Canal Creek Place, in spanky Lansdowne!)is shown on ZipRealty. Under their "Estimated Value" it shows this property having sold for $ 183,150. on 9/6/05.
What gives or does anyone know? Some of those shady RE numbers?

Yes, I think I can answer that one.
It was the builder's cost for the lot and other costs. It might have been for more than one lot -- I've seen in some cases several addresses recorded for the same price as the lot was further subdivided.
