Here's a sad Loudoun tale that has just begun & will continue to increase as time goes by...
for all those folks that say prices aren't dropping! THIS IS HOW 1 SHORT SALE/FORECLOSURE KICKS AN ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE TEETH
Dolomite Hills Neighborhood (off Ryan road, basically across from Brambleton)
22399 Dolomite Hills $869,900 (DOM -0)will rent, how nice!
42912 Via Veneto Way $ 849,000 was 889,900 (DOM - 52)
