that 2008 N. Cleveland St is bank owned. they started it at 609k then dropped it to 579k in about a month. i inquired about it but didn't get a response from the Greenbelt, MD L&F team listing it. as you have shown, the previous "owner" defaulted on much less... i'm thinking he defaulted on the 80% and the bank wrote off the 20%.
just another example of how the rapid price appreciation was based on flippers over-bidding and NOT fundamentals.
