I wish the realtors would stop using words like "gorgeous", "magnificent" and "custom-built" to describe homes that are run of the mill, ordinary, and similar to thousands of others like it!

I understand completely. And in Northern VA we have a lot of "ordinary".
There was a story about a year ago about an agent in the UK who "told it like it was" (hilarious) and his clients loved it.
