The county has it assessed for 444K. (Silly).

That's quite the flip that flopped!

That Reston house will go in my next Fairfax County update -- good find. I noticed it earlier, but didn't realize how drastically more expensive it was when it last sold.

Looking nearby my favorite flippers paradise, I found this one... it might be the most outrageous example of why we still have a long way to go and how much fraud took place the past couple years...

Duly noted. That one's now at the top of the list. I noticed that at the Fairfax County Government website the note on the sale says about the 600K sale: "Non-representative price based on comps". Another one with that note is listed on this blog:
